Region V: OPEN Leadership Workshop September 29, 2017

Participants will understand:

• the power of the Idaho Coaching Network
• the EQuIP rubric
• the principles of Drive.
• purpose statements.
• ways to incorporate a focus on mastery and autonomy into a schoolwide plan.
• teacher self-efficacy and how it impacts teacher collective efficacy
• a one-pager target with learning goals to share with teachers.

This open workshop will be held from 8am - 4pm at Liberty Hall, 325 W Benton, Pocatello, Idaho. Please bring your electronic device.
